CityMall Tetuan-Zamboanga
CityMall Tetuan-Zamboanga is a community mall owned and developed by Double Dragon Properties, Inc. in partnership with Shop-O-Rama, Zamboanga's known retail company. CityMall Tetuan-Zamboanga is second branch announced by Double Dragon Properties in 2014. Double Dragon bought a 1.4 hectare lot owned by Shop-O-Rama, resulting in the formation of the joint venture Prime DDG Commercial Centers, Inc. with 70% of its share given to Double Dragon while the remaining 30% goes to Shop-O-Rama, which is eventually the main supermarket anchor.〔http://www.interaksyon.com/business/84794/citymalls-to-build-2-outlets-in-zamboanga〕 Construction took place in June 2014 and inaugurated on September 30, 2015. Actress Anne Curtis, who is the endorser of CityMalls, graced the opening of the Tetuan mall together with officials led by Mayor Beng Climaco.
